- Pickup is available from all hotels, Nile cruises, and guesthouses within Aswan city. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Our guide will hold a sign with your name for easy recognition. If you're staying outside Aswan city or in a private residence, please contact us in advance to confirm pickup arrangements
