Upon arrival in Aswan, your first stop will be the stunning Philae Temple, situated on Agilkia Island. Dedicated to the goddess Isis, this temple is one of Egypt's most beautiful and is known for its serene location and fascinating history, including its relocation to save it from the rising waters of the Nile.

Next, visit the Aswan High Dam, an impressive modern engineering achievement that controls the Nile's flooding and generates much of Egypt’s electricity. From the dam, take in panoramic views of Lake Nasser, the vast artificial lake created by the dam.
